Reporting Problems and Getting Help
The primary method for reporting a problem to our help desk is by emailing
us at help@math.rutgers.edu. This ensures
that both the helpdesk and the user has a record of the problem.
If there is an urgent problem then there is also a Help Desk phone number which
can be used. Again this is really only for emergencies, as we like to have all of
our information documented through email.
