Math 192 - Honors Calculus II



The first semester honors calculus course 191 is no longer given, but honors sections of the regular calculus course 151 are offered.

Second semester honors calculus 192 is offered in the fall.

Catalog Description

01:640:191-192 Honors Calculus I,II (4,4)
These courses cover the same material as 01:640: 151-152 but in a more thorough and demanding fashion. For students with a serious interest in mathematics.
Credit restrictions: CR1, CR2. Grades of B or better are required to continue in the honors sequence.

Math 192 has content similar to the content of Math 152, at a higher level, and normally uses the same textbook (consult your instructor).

There are also honors sections of the regular calculus sequence, 151-152. Those sections have a common final exam with 151-152.
