1. It is suggested that Maple labs be collected two weeks after they are assigned.

2. Chapter 8 on numerical methods has been moved up, because some of the Maple labs rely on the use of numerical methods and it is helpful if the students have some idea about what they are.

3. Chapter 5 on series solutions has been moved to the end of the semester.
