Final Exam:
- The final exam will be held on Friday, May 6,
from 12:00 to 3:00 P.M., in SEC 202. The exam is cumulative.
- Problem session: Wednesday, May 4, 4:00 to 6:00 PM, in Hill
124. (Note change of time.)
- Here is a tentative formula sheet for the final
exam; the actual final exam will contain at least these formulas.

- In the notes on Schwarz-Christoffel transformations I included a
reference to a classic book on complex variables:
- George F. Carrier, Max Krook, and Carl E. Pearson,
Functions of a Complex Variable: Theory and Technique. McGraw-Hill, New
York, 1966.
I have placed this book on reserve in the Mathematics Library in Hill
Center. I recommend that you take a look at it, both as a place to read
about the Schwarz-Christoffel material and as a general referernce, more
advbanced than Greenberg, for complex variables with an applied
slant.

Exam 2
The second exam will be held Tuesday, April 12. It will cover all
our work on Chapter 23 and 24 of Greenberg, but not the Laplace inversion
formula.
- No calculators are to be used on the exam. I will try to make
sure that all computations are simple.
- Here is a practice exam. (This was Exam 2
the last time I taught the course.)
- We will have a review session on Monday, April 11, from
3:20 to 4:40 PM in Hill Center 124.

Exam 1
The first exam will be held Thursday, February 24. It will cover all
our work through chapter 22, but not the Schwarz-Christoffel transformations.
- No calculators are to be used on the exam. I will try to make
sure that all computations are simple.

- We will have a review session on Wednesday, Febraury 25, at
10:30 AM. Come to my office, HILL 520 (but I hope to find us a
classroom).
