Dear Colleagues,
By "popular" demand the 100th Statistical Mechanics Conference on the theme: LOOKING BACK, LOOKING FORWARD: A CELEBRATION OF STATISTICAL MECHANICS, has been extended by two days. It will now run from Saturday, December 13 to Thursday, December 18 and will incorporate a workshop on Discrete Mathematics and Statistical Mechanics which will run from December 16-18. This workshop is sponsored by the Center for Discrete Mathematics and Theoretical Computer Science (DIMACS) at Rutgers University and is co-organized by myself and Peter Winkler.
The sessions on December 13-16 will be held (as usual) in room 114 of the Hill Center and the sessions on December 17-18 will be held in the DIMACS Auditorium (a connected building). You are cordially invited to participate in both events.
