Blocked E-mail Clients

Currently our spam server is blocking email from older e-mail clients. If you are receiving this error:

SMTP module(domain math.rutgers.edu) reports:
message text rejected by dragon.rutgers.edu: 579 message content is
not acceptable here

when trying to send to a math e-mail address then you are using one of these blocked clients.

You can check the version of these products by going to Help and then About.

If you have any of these clients please update to the newest version of said client to alleviate the problem.

Note: If you are using an older operating system you may not be able to upgrade your client to the level necessary. In that case you should email help@math.rutgers.edu for assistance.
