Constraint methods for nonlinear homogenization in periodic and random
media, Parts I and II.

In these lectures we will discuss how to apply the geometric properties of
solutions to elliptic problems with constraint to two different classical
homogenization problems, the first the construction of plane like minimal
surfaces in periodic media (work in collaboration with de la Llave), and
the second, the homogenization limit of solutions to fully nonlinear equations
with random space dependance ( work in collaboration with Souganidis and L. Wang).
