I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from
Rutgers University - New Brunswick in May 2011. My interests lie in the
area of Mathematical Physics. In particular, I am interested in
problems arising from Kinetic Theory, Statistical Mechanics,
Electrodynamics, and General Relativity. My thesis was carried out
under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Michael Kiessling and concerned the
relativistic Vlasov-Poisson system (a pseudo-relativistic model of a
plasma interacting with its self-induced Newtonian gravitational
field).
