Homework: Homework problems are assigned here Suggested homework. Although homework will not be collected, you are expected to work on all the problems and encouraged to ask questions during office hour about problems with which you have difficulty.

Quizzes: A short quiz will be given on Monday every week. Each quiz is 20 points and 7 quizzes will be given during the semester. The best 5 quiz grades will be counted. That means together the quizzes will count 100 points toward the term grade. There are no make-up quizzes.

Exams: There are one midterm exam and one final exam. The exam time will be announced at least one week in advance.

Attendance: Attendance is not required but expected.

Grading:
