Hints for Maple Labs

• Lab 1:

  Whenever you divide a vector by a scalar in Maple you should use divV(vector,scalar); instead of vector/scalar;, because Maple knows how to simplify the former, while it doesn't know how to simplify the latter.

• Lab 2,3,4:

  If you email me about problems with Maple, please remember to include your email address in the mail, and please let me know what you typed, and what error message Maple is giving you. Best of all, save your worksheet and attach it to the email.
