☢ Samuel Coskey / Research
My dissertation research was in countable Borel equivalence relations; I was particularly interested in the classification problem for torsion-free abelian groups of finite rank. I am currently continuing this research. I have also become involved with new projects, involving equivalence relations, which are connected with other areas of logic.
My projects and publications are listed below. You can also see a list of abstracts for some recent invited talks, or my full professional curriculum vitae.
- Invariant properties of countable Borel equivalence relations. With Scott Schneider. In progress.
- Infinite time decidable equivalence relation theory. With Joel Hamkins.

Also see the extended abstract for my talk at the July, 2009 CiE in Heidelberg. - The complexity of classification problems for models of arithmetic. With Roman Kossak. Submitted, 2009. (arΧiv)
- The conjugacy problem for the automorphism group of the random graph. With Scott Schneider and Paul Ellis. Submitted, 2009. (arΧiv)
