If possible, please do not send attachments with emails. A far far better
method is to deposit your file in google docs and "share" it with me (and
other receipients). This results in far less waste of disk space, and, at
least for people using gdocs, keeps documents neatly organized.
E-mail is by far the preferred means of communication.
The following e-mail addresses are all valid;
please do not
send the same message to multiple
addresses, since they all get forwarded to the same place.
So please use only the first one unless you have a good reason to
believe that the message has not been delivered (e.g. because you received an
error message).
