pdf2ppt convert pdf to powerpoint

cheap (if cumbersome for long presentations) solution!:

assumed have powerpoint and acrobat reader, and using win2k or similar

open new powerpoint presentation (empty page - last option)
  (click at bottom when asked for type of page, and ask not to be prompted)

open pdf file

make full screen (control-L)

hit PRINT SCREEN button

control-L to return to smaller size

on powerpoint, click paste (control-V) and then new slide (control-M)

back to pdf, etc

i.e. execute this loop:

acrobat
pagedown
^L
PrintScreen
^L
powerpoint
^V
^M
repeat


(note: if someone can write some sort of script for automating this procedure,
it would be great - fingers do hurt a lot after a few pages... :)
