scores on Sakai.
If you want to look over your exam, I have them in my office. Feel free
to stop by next semester and take a look. Just call or email to make
sure I'm around.
Have a great break!!
12/12 Review session: Monday, December 17th starting at 4:00pm
in the Hill Center room 124 (we will end when we end).
All grades have been reposted to Sakai.
Please make sure the gradebook entries match up with
your quizzes, workshops, maple labs, and exams!
12/11 Here is the final exam formula sheet.
You can find a Math 251 sample final exam with its answer key here.
(This was a make-up exam several semester back.)
General Study Advice:
To study for the final exam, I suggest that you first look over
your first two exams and focus on correcting what you missed.
Then after trying some suggested homework problems from sections
16.4 - 16.9, try taking the sample final exam. Use the answer
key to grade yourself and focus your review on the parts that
gave you trouble.

11/08 Same story as last exam. Expect something a little
harder than the 251 exams, but not quite as hard
as the 291 exam.

You should skip problems 5c) & 6c) -- you could do
6c) with what we know now, but that would be too much
work. Take a look at problem 7 (the answer key uses
Green's Theorem, but it's not necessary).

10/14 Hey that look long enough...but the grades are in.
To see your Exam #1 go to Sakai.
I will return the exams tomorrow. And since you'll
ask...the average was 82.8%.
10/09 As promised, the exam and answer key:
Exam #1 (.pdf) and Exam #1 Answer Key (.pdf)
Please let me know if you find any typos or errors!
10/04 You should expect your exam to be slightly harder
than a regular Math 251 exam. However, I won't
subject you to an exam quite as hard as Math 291's.
I would recommend looking through the old Math 291
exam. If can do all of those problems, then you
have no trouble with our exam.
