Abstract: | A flat origami model is one that can be pressed in a book without introducing new creases - think of the quintessential paper crane. Given an origami crease pattern, can we determine whether or not it will fold flat? Along the way to answering this, we will solve some combinatorial questions using origami, and some origami questions using combinatorics. Paper will be provided. |
