Quantitative estimates for singular sets of elliptic equations (Part II)

Abstract: This is the second of a series of talks outlining Naber-Valtorta's paper "Volume estimates on the critical sets of solutions to elliptic PDEs". We will see sharp almost-rigidity and almost-splitting theorems for the frequency functions, which show that the frequency pinched points are almost-contained in a codimension two plane. We then define the critical radius and study this quantity in the case of a codimension two almost-symmetry.
