This is the third talk outlining the paper by Khuri, Marques and Schoen, 2009. Using the correction term in the second talk, we will define the Pohozaev's  quadratic form and reduce the Weyl vanishing theorem and the local sign restriction to the positive definiteness of the Pohozaev's quadratic form.
