Gamma conjecture I, proposed by Galkin, Golyshev and Iritani, asserts that the limit of normalized Givental’s J-function of a Fano manifold is equal to a characteristic class defined in terms of the gamma function. In this talk, I will discuss the case for arbitrary flag varieties, emphasizing its relationship to D-module mirror symmetry, geometric crystals and their positive structures.
